The well-equipped kitchen has a cosy dining area and from the kitchen there is a useful utility room and rear door that leads out to a very private patio area. No matter what the weather visitors will enjoy sipping a glass of champagne.
The upper floor has two further bedrooms, a smart double with its own dressing room and a family room with three single beds offering plenty of flexibility. A little extra space is provided by way of a snug/children’s play room on the upper floor. To the front of the cottage is a private garden area with a large patio and furniture which would be ideal for a summer BBQ or morning coffee. Just a short walk from the cottage is the sandy beech where children are safe to play and paddle in the clear blue water.
